First of all let's apologize for not doing a very good job of keeping everyone updated on where we are. You would think with us being at home that we would have plenty of time to keep the blog updated but we have found that to be untrue. We are however gonna try to do a better job in the future.
We are still amazed by the work that God is doing in our lives but most of all in the life of Trent. I never knew how much a little baby such as Trent could change the lives of so many people. We do serve a mighty God and we must thank Him everyday for the blessings in our lives. God's hand is on Trent and his life.
Trent continues to do exceptionally well. He is growing each day. He weighs over 11 lbs now which is remarkable in itself. He is beginning to laugh and is holding his head up really well at times although you would still mistake him for a bobble head on occasion. He is sleeping well through the night. He typically wakes every 3-4 hours to eat. The doctors are still amazed at how well he is doing. They want him to gain as much weight as possible for his next surgery. The doctors say his next surgery could be as early as 4 months old if he continues to gain weight as he is now. His oxygen levels are staying within range but slightly on the low end so this could help move the date for the second surgery up as well.
Continue to pray for Trent and us as we prepare for his second surgery. We understand that it could still be 3 months or so away but daily prayer is still needed and much appreciated. We are still humbled by all the support you guys have and continue to give us.

Trent, you are one precious, amazing child. You bring so much love and joy to our hearts. We love you so very much!! Thank you Lord for all You had done for Baby Trent and all You are going to do.
